Megan + Marty Win Best Ensemble Acting for "Hunter Is F**ked" at Austin Comedy Festival, + more noms & wins!

In June of 2021, eight filmmakers packed up some bags and drove up to Lake George for a four day, three night stay, and while we were there, we made a little movie.

A year later, “Hunter Is F**ked” made it’s World Premiere at Bergenfield Cinemas. “Hunter is F**ked” is a dark comedy about a fictional Hunter S. Thompson (circa 2020) struggling with writers block, and the young IRS agent who stumbles onto his property and shenanigans ensue.

After making it’s World Premiere, Hunter is F**ked hit the festival circuit and accrued a number of nominations, Megan Magee and co-star Marty Grabstein picked up the win for “Best Ensemble Acting” at the Austin Comedy Film Festival. Shortly after that, the film won “Best Dark Comedy” at the Texas Short Film Festival. Thank you, Texas!
