Megan led the Red Shirts to quasi-victory in this Star Trek inspired short film by new production team Hoff Kilter. The film was screened at The Museum of Moving Image after being nominated for Best Costumes/Makeup through the Sparrow Film Project.
Megan is stepping into the role of Private Jayne Benson in the 1950’s Sci-Fi Musical, “It Came From Beyond” at St. Lukes Theatre! The show has been extended through spring of 2019. Catch her on Tuesday nights at 7pm!

Musically, the show is also a lot of fun. Composer Stephen Murphy has created a score that falls beautifully within the era, with slight modern flair. Think a less aggressive version of The Dresden Dolls and you about hit the mark. Tamara Sevunts and Megan Magee on piano and clarinet, respectively, play his score between their acting scenes in the show.

Some Night follows an eclectic band of characters as they pursue their dreams of love, power, fame, and fulfillment while struggling to reconcile their own ideas of fantasy and reality. This original comedy pays homage to the happenings of a famous midsummer night while bringing the magic to today’s baffling and yet still enchanting world.
